Pregnancy and Infertility

I am not getting a period(mc)of 2.5 months. Please tell me what should I do. Sorry I don't know English that's why I can't explain my problem in detail .please

I am single and 29 yrs. I have a big ovarian cyst around 7cm in my one ovary and 1 small cyst (~2cm) in the other ovary. The big ovary is since 2.9 years started with 5cm and then I had hormonal pills and currently had Sysron-N tablet for few months. But after this, it is not getting dissolved any more. Right now my doctor has stopped my medications and she said for surgery. But I am not opened to it. Can anyone please help here. Will homeo or ayurveda can treat this big cyst?

Actually my doctor prescribed me sysronncr 5mg twice two tablets day two tablets night for 3 days also provide cytolog 200 mg and onshi 200 mg when will i get period

I am suppose to get anomaly scan done tomorrow. But I am having cold and throat infection. It's bearable for me, but will that affect my baby's movement adversely as I want to see my baby in healthy state and moving, should I go for it or cancel it.. Please help

My period's been irregular for as long as I remember. I got an ovary ultrasound and the report says I have 'bilateral peripheral microcysts with echogenic stoma'. I also had hormone blood tests and my prolactin and insulin levels are above normal. However, the ultrasound report ruled out PCOs. What does this mean?

Have been in a physically and mentally stressful situation for quite a few years. Gained weight, suffering fatigue, mood swing etc. I am unable to conceive for about three years. Recently discovered that I am suffering most symptoms of estrogen dominance. Blood tested for progesterone on Day 22 of cycle report 0.98 ng/ml progesterone. While TSH is 3.75uIU/ml Continuing medicine for hypothyroidism. Haemoglobin was also low according to previous tests. Progesterone cream or injection?
