Pregnancy and Infertility

I've been prescribed Metronidazole Gel for BV and have a question regarding the usage. The directions didn't specify, but I'd like to know if you're supposed to clean some of the previous night's gel out before inserting the next dosage, or if you're supposed to leave it be.

The wounds causes itching and pain. It causes irritation after I pass urine.

My period is about 3 days late now. i began thinking that it was going to come because i felt slight cramps and bloating but it all went away. i feel like i have very slight cramps now and signs of a period coming on but i am unsure.

Its been a month and 7days more i dint get my monthly periods i got a home pregnency test and it is positive can i use naturogest 200mg to avoid it because iam not yet ready for this pregnency as i hv a 9month old baby. I m trying fr a baby from last 1 and half year in Aug 2016 I concieve on my first follicular study but in one month I had a DNC due to some infection later on again I passed through many other health chkups n follicular study 3 times but no result found ..even on first November ,a hsg under Ga test I had and its report was also normal .me n my husband are fit n healthy according to doctors but still I m not able to concieve ,why ?
