The egg quality can be improved by a cocktail of anti oxidants and the use of Platelet Rich Plasma. You can read more about it on www.drrajeevagarwal.co.in/renovare-clinic. Cycles being regular does not necessarily mean egg quality is good. Get you blood for AMH tested and also your Antral Follicle count by ultrasound.

Every woman is born with all the eggs that she will have in her life; and they get depleted over a certain timeline. Unfortunately in some women the rate of depletion is faster and even at a young age the woman is left with less quantity and inferior quality of eggs.
Next Steps
Scientifically there is no proven way to improve the quality of eggs; but DHEA is shown to improve the chances of success with IVF. You may discuss it with your doctor.
