LMP was 30-Noc, the HCG is rising slowly, but ectopic can be rolled out. TVS scan when HCG was 800 showed Gestational sac and later after 2 days HCG increased to 1036. Completely confused what is happening

Hi, I got my anamoly scan done in 21 weeks 5 days.. This was my 2nd anamoly scan as I was reported with single umbilical artery. In the 1st anamoly scan the nft was declared as normal without mentioning the thickness. But in 2nd anamoly scan, the nft is reported as 7.3 mm.. My double marker test is attached.. Please advice..

I am 31.4 weeks today. The following are the measurements of AFI per each pocket - 0.3cm, 3.5cm and 4.9cm. there is no liquor in one pocket. Doctor said that AFI is 8.7cm and normal. But she didn't mention anything about the absence of liquor in one pocket. I came to know after seeing the report at home. Please confirm is this fine. Before two weeks my afi was 5.8. I got admitted and took amino drips. Got discharged before a week. Also taking arg 9 sachet twice. Taking labetalol 100 mg twice and BP is controlled

Does an increased nuchal fold thickness  always indicate chromosome abnormalities like Down syndrome, or could there be other reasons for the elevated measurement.
