My wife is getting periods after 45 days of her last period from the last 2-3months. Is it a sign of any problem?

After ovarain drilling my follicles are not growing with high dosage of clomid 100mg per day and docter also tried letroz 15mg per day what should i do ,before ovarian drilling my follicle was growing

My double marker test was done in 3rd month it is normal low risk and NT scan also normal but in 5th month anamaly scan SUA present and kidneys are hyperchoic my question is it is curable or not what to do next ?

I'm 32yr old... One week before periods I get lightheadedness, thirsty, feel very dry tongue... My UIBC value is 383(high) and vit b12 is 235(low)

For my wife Anamoly scan report shows: 1. Both Kidneys are normal in size and shows increased echogenicity. Right Kidney measures 20 × 12 mm Left Kidney measures 19 × 11 mm 2. With single umblical artery and Hyperechoic Kidneys. We have done early scan (three month), double marker test, blood tests all reports are normal. But, we see first two points in Anamoly scan report, Please suggest and guide us what next steps to take and is first two points are curable??

I got my anamoly scan done in 21 weeks 5 days. This was the 2nd scan done as I was found to have single umbilical artery. In first scan the nft was just stated as normal without mentioning the thickness.. But in 2md scan, it's reported that the nft is 7.3 mm.. I have got my doubly market test done and the risk of trisomy 21 is 1:10000 and trisomy 18 is 1:100000. Should I be worried.. Please advice

LMP was 30-Noc, the HCG is rising slowly, but ectopic can be rolled out. TVS scan when HCG was 800 showed Gestational sac and later after 2 days HCG increased to 1036. Completely confused what is happening
