Missed periods for past 5 days..i recently interacted with my partner.. what should i do now...My upt result is positive.....can any suggestion to clear my problem... Any mtp is possible,my interaction is less than 7 weeks

For my wife Anamoly scan report shows: 1. Both Kidneys are normal in size and shows increased echogenicity. Right Kidney measures 20 × 12 mm Left Kidney measures 19 × 11 mm 2. With single umblical artery and Hyperechoic Kidneys. We have done early scan (three month), double marker test, blood tests all reports are normal. But, we see first two points in Anamoly scan report, Please suggest and guide us what next steps to take and is first two points are curable??

I got my anamoly scan done in 21 weeks 5 days. This was the 2nd scan done as I was found to have single umbilical artery. In first scan the nft was just stated as normal without mentioning the thickness.. But in 2md scan, it's reported that the nft is 7.3 mm.. I have got my doubly market test done and the risk of trisomy 21 is 1:10000 and trisomy 18 is 1:100000. Should I be worried.. Please advice
