Hi, I would like to know what could be the possible reasons for a delayed period. I do not remember the exact date for last month. It was possibly 9th. Kindly guide me as to what should I do. I understand it is a 28 to 42 day cycle. But I am usually not late. Do I need to consult a doctor? Also are there any natural ways to ensure the period?
