I am having cyst in overy. My doc prescribed me to take krimson 35 for 3 months from the day 5 of periods. But now its been approx 15 days i didn't take that medicine. Can i have it now Or i should wait for my periods? Is it safe to use?

I am undergoing follicular monitoring and there is free fluid observed in my ovary. I have one egg of size 18*14 mm is still present. What does this free fluid mean? Doctor told it could be one of the egg which was not detected in previous ultrasound  got ruptured. And asked to come after 2 days to check the position of current egg which is forming.
