I took ipill on 15th August. What are it's actual side effects? Will I get my periods this month or will they get delayed?

The right overy measurers 3.4 x 3.6 cm. it has a thick walled endometriotic cyst of 3.2 x 2.8 cm. the left overy measures 3.4 x 4.6 cm. it has 2 endometriotic cysts of 2.7 x 2.3 cm and 2.8 x 2.2 cm. (Bilateral endometriotic cyst) Is it harmful? Please advice.

I am married for 6 months and had severe pain during every month on periods. I was prescribed medicines for PID , af kit followed by probiotics. Unfortunately I skipped probiotics since I felt better. Now, after a month, I think I got myself an UTI because I have this frequent urge to pee and its burning in that area. So to solve this, should I do the entire course again or just go with probiotics alone?
