Every month my periods late by 7-10 days...but regular...is this ok...during cycle first three days bleeding is regular..4th day there is no bleeding...and again 5th day bleeding start

Thyroid is normal  now .but period s not regular.Itake allopathic medicine but no results found.i started aayurveda treatment for pcod from one month.i used hyponidd, kanchanar guggullu, rajah pravarthinni vati.but  periods not came. how many,days it will take to get menstrual cycle,plz advise me
