Treatment of ovarian cyst. Constipation.

Hi, I am suffering from ovarian cyst in left ovary. In u/s on 22Feb18 cyst was 25×12mm size with no fine echos or probe tenderness seen. On 30/04/18 u/s shows no cyst. On 20/6/18 again cyst of 22×17mm, thick walled,fine echoes & probe tenderness seen. On 7/7/18 cyst of 22×18mm,thin walled seen. On 25/8/18 a thin walled cyst with single septa measuring 33×22mm is seen. On 4/9/18 a thin walled cyst with single septa measuring 33×23mm seen. On 11/9/18 a thin walled cyst measuring 30.4×29.1×23.1mm(test done by different lab)seen without any internal echoes, septations or solid component seen. I want to understand that on my u/s report dated 30/04/18,really, cyst goes away or there is some fault in the report. Further, I am very worried & want to know that does the cyst goes away on their own and how much time will it take. In my case is the cyst growing. I have also done CA125 TEST that came negative. What should I do now. I am also feeling frequent urge to urinate and constipation. Thanks
