Pcod ovarian drilling
I am 30 years old trying to conceive. Have pcod. Cyst seen in both ovaries. Took ovulation induction letroz 5mg for 3 cycles all were unsuccessful the follicular either didn't grow or wont rupture and turn cyst. Recent scan showed hyperechoic cyst in right ovary of 3cm with calcification and septation. Doctor suggested laparoscopy cyst removal and pcod ovarian drilling.
I am confused should I immediate go for ovarian drilling I heard that ovarian drilling reduces amh and blood flow to ovaries. Is ovarian drilling useful?
And should immediately opt for cyst removal or can wait for month?
