Endometriotic Cyst
I have been having an endometriotic Cyst in Right Ovary since Jan... Doctor prescribed me to take visaane.. However,Last 2 month ago I stopped to take visaane then Period started..After that, I have again started to take visaane..but today I didn't USG and report is 40.9mm×24.6mm endometriotic Cyst in Right Ovary,Polycyst at left ovary ,Right paraoverian simple cyst,Free fluid in POD..is it Serious condition?

You have two choices
1) Forget it. Get a sonography done after 3 months.
2) Get a laparoscopic cystectomy done.
It depends what symptoms you have. If you have no symptoms, you should forget it for the time being.
