Pregnancy and Infertility

Pain in breasts before menstruation cycle,and some lumps in breasts before menstruation,pls guide me

My periods were due on 23dec, but i got little jelly like reddish clotting on 29th dec and since then i got no periods. please help! I am not pregnent.

Irregular periods after taking i pill then after that periods become irregular and heavy hair shedding.dermetologist gave me minoxidil and mometasone fureate and daignosed with alopecia areata.

I have gone under IUI on 12/26. Follicles size(22, 18)and Endo thickness (14) were optimum. Ovaluation day was 12/26. At that time got to know I have cervical polyp. Since 5th day after IUI I'm having  on & off bleeding. Today is 7th day of treatment and bleed is little havier with some clots. Why I am having bleeding at this time? Is this early period or sign of IUI failure or polyp can cause such bleed?

I had norethisterone injection November 27th. I'm spotting now. Should I take norethisterone pill to balance my hormones again? How do I take it?

My HSG report shows oblong defect in cervical canal of uterus. And ovulation scan shows thick band of adhesion in isthmic endometrium. Do these both report correlate to each other? Can I go for IUI with these defect?Or I need to get the defect treated first? Does this defect affect conceiving?

I have an 8 month old baby. I was in india after my delivery. I'm returning back to uae in few days. Is there a birth control pill I can take.

I am going for IVF with donor egg next month because of low Amh , my age is 28, is there any chance I get success in first attempt?

I took Primolut-N for 8 days twice a day to delay periods in November. After 2-3,days I got periods in November. But now my periods are one week late in December. Is it because of that medicine or any other reason?

My mother is prescribed Uprise D3 to be taken weekly once for 8 weeks.. However, I have a query about the dose of it.. Is it Uprise D3 60k? In druggist shop they provided me with the 60k version.. Please correct me if I am wrong..
