Pregnancy and Infertility

I feel a burning sensation every time i pee and this continues even after urinating. I have a feeling of urinary urgency very frequently. M i suffering from any kind of infection? What can i do to cure this?

First of all, I would like to say that I identify as a non-binary individual and have gender dysphoria due to my periods. I had my first period at 11 years of age and always had severely painful periods. I went to the doctor 3 years ago and my USG report said that I have a bulky left ovary. My gynaecologist prescribed me with medicines (I don't exactly remember their names) and I completed the course but the situation never improved. Now, I never had irregular periods but the have been getting late since the last two months. I missed my period this month. I'm beginning to get concerned but the fact is that I am looking for a doctor who would tell me if I can get a hysterectomy because I can't deal with this anymore. As my periods are a big source of my dysphoria, I would be glad to get rid of it and start my hormone treatment for transition. Please let me know what should I do.

I took primolut n for 12 days,after 3 days I got my periods, which I had light flow for 5 days, usually I have heavy periods for 6 to 7 days.Whenever I take primolut n ,my periods r lighter ,else normally I have heavy periods,always worried to have heavy flow,can't do normal activities.I don't have any problems been checked by doctor,I want to know y my periods be heavy always

I have irregular periods and the bleeding is not consitent sometimes bleeding is dark brown in color. sometimes i dont bleed enough to stain the pad itself. I have never had a checkup on this.

My doctor prescribed gestoma 200mg after ovualtion.But I am sometimes  but not always feeling dizzy and drowsy after dose in morning.Is this because of progesterone tablet?

Is it possible a endometrial tuberculosis patient doesn't have fever weight is 70 kg and period are in range of 28-34 days with normal flow?
