I had my last period on 17th Dec but today I had bleeding in morning and black colour like bloud discharge.. What is the reason please help

I am 26yr old female married for 2yrs. Its been two months since I noticed lower abdominal pain (sharp) and lower back pain on left side. I had consulted Urologist and Ortho. I have been given some antibiotics and pain relief medication but no use. Then I met a gynaecologist and ultrasound scan has been done but nothing suspicious was identified in scan. This month I noticed that pain is more before period starts. Can I know if this is to be worried as we are planning for kids now.

Dear gynaecologists I am waiting for your helpful suggestion and advice. I went for ultrasound on 33rd running week. So there are two query 1. My GA shows  less like it was mentioned 31 weeks 1 day weight is 1678 gm 2. It is mentioned that two loops of cord around neck with fhr is 149. and rest points are okey. So i am worry about my delivery as the doctors arround havent say anything about it. Even asking about loop. They said this isthisi abig problm so i want to know if i am you patient what would you suggest me. My hb is 12.6 all values are normal. Not any health issue. Please help me to fund solution. I get blood clots on llegs aand. It get blueiish..then disappears in a week...there iis no muchh pain there..but when once the clot disappears,the clot startts appearing at other place on leg only..why ia this happening and how to cure this with anyy diet.
