I took Primolut-N for 8 days twice a day to delay periods in November. After 2-3 days I got periods on 25th November. But now I haven't got periods in December and are one week late. Is it because of medicines or any other reason?

My daughter 12yrs old started getting her menses from May 2019. Was regular till December, her cycle is 23 days she was supposed to get her menses on 23rd December 2019 but not yet got.
