Pain is not a good sign but sometimes the fallopian tubes motility or ovulation or increase blood supply to the the uterus can also cause mild cramps but you cannot be taken under consideration and saying I will see you in person

The HCG injection which if given for rupture May cause hyper stimulation. Do not have HCG for support this cycle
Use only vaginal progesterone rather than oral to avoid giddiness
Dizziness is usu due to the progesterone medication if any.
Please hydrate yourself.
Pain of the other hand can b due to variety of reason. Pls drink about 2-3L of fluids daily. Avoid spicy food. .. if increased pain then please consult ur infertility doctor.
