Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello, My wife had a baby on 7th March (normal delivery). Since 2 weeks she's having engorged breast (right) and have severe pain. We went to a surgeon and after scan, it was diagnosed as infected galactocele leading to abscess. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and painkillers which we are using for almost 10 days. She's still having severe pain and swelling. We met the doctor again and they confirmed that the infection has gone but the water is left inside the breast. Suggested to have a surgery (told us that the surgey could be risky in the situation) or to stop lactation using medication. We tried various methods to decrease swelling like warm compress, cold cabbage etc and she's been expressing and feeding the baby. Help us in taking in the right decision, can stopping lactation solve the issue? Thanks!

Is Krimson 35 long term usage harmful? How long does it take to treat symptoms of pcod? I've been taking it for 2 years, should I stop?

I had my D n C on 9th March and didn't have my periods yet. No chance of conceiving. In middle I had lower abdomen pain and had my USG done on 9th April where a 4.4 cm cyst was found in right ovary and lining was 6 mm. Why are my periods not coming.

Is it possible to ovulate while you're on Krimson? I've read that Krimson prevents ovulation but I'm taking it with Normoz. Hoow does it work

Is it possible for me to switch from birth control (I'm on Krimson 35) to Normoz? Are there are side effects? Will I see something unusual? I want to switch because I've been seeing brown discharge in the middle of the cycle for the past three months.

I got to know about my 3.8 cm cyst inside my ovary just before lockdown . So didn't went to a doctor for it . I get pain sometime at the same spot. I just wanted to know will i need any medicine or surgery for this
