I observed a small boil on the outer labia, which I by mistake ruptured while taking bath and I saw a lil blood. I initially thought my pubic hair was getting pulled and hence that caused discomfort. But I just noticed the boil. Should I be concerned? Is there any immediate remedy.

Hello sir/ma'am my last lmp was march 2nd and upt test is negative I am diagnosed with pcos I am advised to take regestrone tablet for withdrawal bleeding, and then clomifene citrate 50 mg from 3rd day to help in ovulation and susten 400mg from 15th day. as we are ttc from past 4 months but no luck so I was advised with this medication which will help in conceiving I would like to know what is the success rate of this medication kindly guide me
