Treatment for Right ovary cyst
22 yrs married having one baby (1.5 yrs )
Suffering from abdomen pain and irregular cycle .
Ultrasound report says that ,
single echopenic cyst present in RT OVARY ( size 2.98×3.12×3.19 cm and ROV 15.5 cc)
Plz advise possible treatment.

You can be managed with medicines . If you are not breast feeding, cyclical pills can be advised. Take antispasmodics for acute pain relief
