Choclate cyst - Right ovary
Hi, i have been diagnosed with choclate cyst. I dont know wat it is. 4.1 * 3.7 cm does it need surgery. Married for 2 yrs no baby. What is the reason for ovarian cyst? Can it dissolve it with healthy diet

Surgery is not required for cyst upto size of 6cm. Diet has no relation in treatment of cyst

Hi. Chocolate cyst come due to endometriosis in your ovary. It decreases the quality of egg. Better to get the chocolate cyst excised and try for conceiving
