What are the reasons of no fetal and yolk Sac after 6 weeks also. Plz doctors let me know the causes behind both things

Hi Doctor I am suffering from viginal pain from 3 days i delivered a baby boy 6 months ago by C section and now when i got in a contraction with my husband suddenly pain got started in pelvic area and in stitches please can you suggest me something as due to COVID-19 lockdown i too cant go to hospital please suggest something as soon as possible. Good evening *My period started on 10 march 2020, bleeding started on 16th march and still have spotting *2 years back suffered the same problem consulted a Dr. Then had also undergone sonography everything was normal so was prescribed Crina NCR and it helped. *This time due to lockdown and I am living in quarantine area couldn't go to consult any Dr. So repeated the same prescribed medicine Crina NCR for 15 days from 22nd March  it has helped as well . * But now as I had stopped taking medicine it has again started. *Can I repeat the course if there is no problem in it or what should I do as can't go to any hospital as living in quarantine area and after looking at increasing number of covid 19 cases in city. After taking MTP pill i hve tested after 3 weeks test is negative. So my period will strt acc. To intake the pill. And earlier i use to feel pain 1 week before onset of my period but this time i m not feeling any pain rarlier.

Good evening, *My period was of 10th march 2020. *Bleeding started from 16th march and still having sometimes spoting and sometimes bleeding. *I had faced same problem 2 years back as well had consulted a Dr. And was prescribed Crina NCR. *Had started the same Crina NCR from 22nd march and continued for 15days and it helped. *But now when I had stopped taking medicine bleeding has again started. For how long can I take Crina NCR?

Dear Concern, From last week I am having burning or itching sensation during urination. Sometimes it vanishes and sometimes it again occurs. Please help

Good Evening doctors, my last LMP was Jan 20th 2020. on April 1st I have done a normal scan and by that time my gestational age is 10 weeks 2 days. But in that scan, the impression is single live intrauterine gestation of about 10 weeks 4 days maturity. Again on April 16th I have NT scan and there the impression found is 12 weeks 3 days maturity same as the gestational age. My query is before scan maturity is 2 days ahead and now it has gone equal with gestational age. Is everything fine with the baby. Or  what happens if gradually maturity decreases? M worried.
