Trying to conceive
Hello...I had brown discharge yesterday night...and from today morning I am having peroids I am advised to take letrozole 2.5mg for 5 days for ovulation induction... previous month I was told to take clomifene but I got menses yesterday, so now from day 3 I am supposed to start this medication How to consider day 3?? Yesterday is considered as day 1 ?? Or from today?? How is success rate of letrozole compared to clomifene!! Kindly guide me

You can take today as day 1. Letrozole has no anti estrogenic effect

Hi. You can take today as day 1 . Both are good drugs for induction .
