Trying to conceive
Hello...I had brown discharge yesterday night...and from today morning I am having peroids
I am advised to take letrozole 2.5mg for 5 days for ovulation induction... previous month I was told to take clomifene but I got menses yesterday, so now from day 3 I am supposed to start this medication
How to consider day 3?? Yesterday is considered as day 1 ?? Or from today??
How is success rate of letrozole compared to clomifene!!
Kindly guide me

You can take today as day 1. Letrozole has no anti estrogenic effect
