After regular menstruation period... again menstruation period starts within 3to5 days of regular menstruation period... This is happening from three months

Every month missing period for 5 to 10 days. While before to period there will be heavy stomach pain. Left side also too heavy pain. While as a couple meeting after that, onwards heavy pain. I'm suffering from severe pcod which has made me put on a lot of weight and I haven't had a proper cycle in a year. All I see is a very light period, almost like a discharge for a day or two and that's all. Please help.
