I had a normal delivery on 19.04.2020. In the past 1-2 weeks I'm having lower abdomen pain when i cough, sneeze or wake up straight instead of turning and getting up from bed. I am breastfeeding and since 2 days have noticed spotting. Please guide

In use of progesterone tabs from past 9 days. Am becoming weak daily getting nausea, bloating, vertigo,pimple ,cramps leg pains, back pain and breat tenderness also .. today my heart beat was also so high ... I need to take tab for one more day but my situation is getting worse, my lmp was on June 12 . Do I need to continue tab or need to stop .. are these symptoms are side effects for tabs.
