I am 22 years old and no history of pcos or hormonal imbalance. Since my menarcge my menses have been 7-8 days long with good flow on 1-3 days then less flow for 4-5 days then again bleeding then again spotting and then stops. I have had numerous usg and all come normal and every cycle is same so i consider it okay. But my question is, 7-8 days before my due date i get headaches, pain in legs, gassy feeling and nausea, is it normal pms? I get gassy, nauseous and irritated during periods too. Why is it so? PMS is more troubling than periods
