Looks like it’s positive, in order to confirm get serum beta hcg blood test done. It will show accurately.
Next Steps
Coming to burning sensation: if you are having burning while urination then drink plenty of water at least 3-4 litres per day, syrup citralka 15 ml with glass of water thrice daily for 5 days.And get urine examination done.
If you are having burning sensation in the upper part of your stomach region: even then drink plenty of water 3-4 litres per day, while sleeping head in little elevation with 2 pillows under the head, take syrup gelusil as when needed.
