  4. Severe abdomen pain. Of the medication?

Severe abdomen pain
My last periods was on July 3rd. I got IUI done on 19th of July and taking dydroboon tablet with embryosafe powder for 15 days since then today being last dose... I'm having severe abdomen pain since past 4 days but no periods yet.. is there something to worry about or just the side effect of the medication ?

It is already 3 August now and you need to do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine tomorrow morning
