Pregnancy and Infertility

I have doen AmH test one year back it was 0.60 and today I got Amh serum done which is 0.22 . Can I still conceive with my own egg in IVF ? Is there any chances to conceive with my eggs

I found out I have partial bicornate uterus left hydrosalpinx Polystic apperance in right ovary Endrometria on left. We are planning for a baby ,how can I solve all these issues.

I was having light bloody watery discharge after taking dinogest(for adenomyosis) for 1n half months. My doctor suggested me to take trapic 500mg and fungitis 100mg for 1 week. What is the purpose of trapic and fungitis? Pls explain

My wife had periods on 15 September 2020 and the next expected date was 11 October but she didn't had periods till date. Today at 17th October 2020 we have tested through preganews and test is negative. What should be our course of action for missed period? Please advise

Hey doc, I was suggested to take meprate tablet for 5 days twice a day.. but my periods started on 3rd day of the course. Now the question is Shall I continue the tablet though periods started or stop it ?
