I stopped femilon after 21 days & it's the third day of not taking pills. In how many days should I expect my periods or withdrawal bleeding?

I have irregular cycle of periods . I had family planning surgery two years back , I had my last period in after that in aug,20 after 9 months but at that time not much bleeding was there. I am having apple , beet root& carrot juice from the past 15 days . I got my last period two days back and I am having severe backache. I am really having heavy bleeding and I see clots in a inch size. Is it normal. Is the juice I have taken reason for this

Today it's my 3 rd day of periods . In periods should I take a hair wash or I should take a hair wash when periods get over. Is it ok to take a hair wash while in periods? Or in which day of periods I should wash my hairs . Washing hairs in periods are good or not?

I have recently done my endometrial tissue biopsy ...due to thickness of endometrial line 10.7mm . And finally the repost comes...in the report ...they mentioned scanty fibrinous material only...what is the mean pls help me ?

I am suffering from PCOS, and while doing some blood my lymphocytes level are a bit higher.. It has come to 54, is it because of irregular periods or I am suffering from some other disease.. since lymphocytes are high.. it it related to cancer..
