Hi doc
My baby is 3.5 months old and till now i feel weak. I get exhausted within 2-3hrs of household chores. Sometimes i feel very dizzy and sleepy.
Also, my postpartum periods lasted for 45-50 days and i haven't had my periods yet.

My wife is suffering from ovarian cyst in left ovary of size 11.7 cm. And also in right ovary of 4.5 cm. I have attached the sonography report. What should be the line of treatment.

Adenomyosis
I was taking dinogest 2mg for adenomyosis. After 2 months bleeding has started on it's own. I haven't missed any dose. On physical examination no infection per se was found. No other issues in usg was found too. Is it possible that the medicine didn't work for me? What should I do now?

About Ovalution test
After 12 the day of my periods I go through Ovalution test, starting 2 days the test line indicates as faint color, 3 rd day the test line becomes little darker, 4th day there is no faint color occur or anything, wt it means??? Is the Ovalution completed or not???
