I found out I have partial bicornate uterus left hydrosalpinx Polystic apperance in right ovary Endrometria on left. We are planning for a baby ,how can I solve all these issues.

I had abrtion 4mnths before regulr periods coming but bleeding one week stops and starts...iregulrly..some times dischrg with blood am confused...aftr abrtio i did my scan also the dctr said no prblm..cause of infction she said i took medcn also..but this month same prblm repted

I was having light bloody watery discharge after taking dinogest(for adenomyosis) for 1n half months. My doctor suggested me to take trapic 500mg and fungitis 100mg for 1 week. What is the purpose of trapic and fungitis? Pls explain

My wife had periods on 15 September 2020 and the next expected date was 11 October but she didn't had periods till date. Today at 17th October 2020 we have tested through preganews and test is negative. What should be our course of action for missed period? Please advise
