I stopped femilon after 21 days & it's the third day of not taking pills. In how many days should I expect my periods or withdrawal bleeding?

I have irregular cycle of periods . I had family planning surgery two years back , I had my last period in after that in aug,20 after 9 months but at that time not much bleeding was there. I am having apple , beet root& carrot juice from the past 15 days . I got my last period two days back and I am having severe backache.
