Periods... - Doctor... Now A Days My Period Flow Decreases Than

Doctor... now a days my period flow decreases than before.. and only first 2 days I feel flow.. also full of clotting..and other 4 days I feel no much flow..only little spotting..does it affect my fertility..or is it normal..?
