Decrease or loss in pregnancy symptoms

I'm 5weeks pregnant (iui pregnancy). I'm experiencing sudden decrease in my pregnancy symptoms.Do sudden decrease or loss in preggy symptoms indicates miscarriage or any other thing? My symptoms include breast tenderness,nipple soreness,frequent urination.

It is not necessary that there have to be symptoms. However you can get a sonography done at 6weeks to findout about viability of the baby. If any bleeding or pain contact your Gynaecologist immediately All the best
