Cramps in pelvic area
I had my ovulation on 13 nov ( identified through follicular scan) and from today I having cramps on pelvic area legs and back. What could be the probable cause? . I have pcos. It feels like i am about to have periods.

it can happen both in pregnancy and also an upcoming period just check with beta HCG blood test or wait for your period to skip and do a simple Urine Pregnancy test
