Can spotting ot little black-brownish discharge possible while on dinogest from 2 years? I dont get my period but little spotting is there. Is that normal? I hve stage 4 endometriosis.

Hello , I had taken MTP tablets on March 22nd and the bleeding lasted till 2nd April . Later on after the scan there were minimal retained products and there was a medium period like bleeding between 7th to 9th April , my gynac said it's bcz of RPOC and it's fine . I'm waiting for my periods . May I know when are the chances of getting my periods back .

Hi i got a urine routine and culture done. In urine routine everything was normal except epithelial cells (squamous) which were on the range of 3-4 as against 1-2 However my culture report is absolutely normal. How can the two reports contradict I get a terrible burning sensation after I pee. If it's not UTi, then what could be the cause
