Periods or implantation bleeding
Confused whether it's my actual periods or implantation bleeding. Today is my actual expected date of periods but the flow is very less it's not much to fill a pad as well. Usually my first day of periods is very horrible lots of bleeding and cramps but I'm not expecting any of it.
Can someone help me out here
