Pregnancy and Infertility

My wife suffering from UTI. Pls advice with suitable treatment with medication (antibiotic). It's since last 2 days.

I had irregular period for one cycle and I was suggested Regestrone CR 10 mg to regulate the same. The periods came after four days of stopping the medicine. This time again my periods are delayed. I have taken regestrone cr 10 mg for five days. It's been three days since I stopped the medicine. How long should I wait before going to the doctor?

I have been diagnosed with PCOS recently...my gynecologist suggested me to get HPV vaccination but I'm worried about the side effects Can you please tell me if there's any major side effects related to the HPV vaccine and does it gives infertility ? Please guide
