Doppler showing 33 weeks, actual 34 weeks. BPD 82, HC 298, AC 271, FL 64. Fetal weight 1925gm. Afi 7-8 cm. Mild oligo. Medicine prescription and usg are attached. Pls guide on the medicines as when I googled the usage of those medicines, none were related to increase afi. Pls guide if its correct or should I get it changed from the doctor. Also my daily fluid intake is 5-6 ltr still afi is low. Guide on how to increase it.

My last periods date was 17th March. I have done the beta HCG test and 22nd April and done the urine tests as well both are negative after consulting with dcotor I started taking tablet Deviry for periods to induce. I got severe cramps on 26th April  and today is the 5th day of taking deviry tablet and my cramps have stopped suddenly. I had done the urine test yesterday as well, results are negative. So I wanted to know by when I will be getting periods or what could be the reason of missing periods. I have to get the ultrasound done to know exactly why the periods are missed.

I am on letrozole tablet(along with folic acid, myo inositol, vitamin D, B12, omega 3)and yesterday was day 11 and I have attached the result. Can someone suggest me how to improve endometrium thickness naturally or through medicine? And how to improve egg size and quality. Tomorrow will be day 13 of the study. I really want to conceive in this cycle
