After delivery, my back gets very stiff at night. I am not able to sleep properly from 5 months. I cannot sleep on my back. What to do?

Im 18weeks now diagnosed with ecoli in urine nearly 4times in culture took appropriate sensitive antibiotic ,still ecoli is present in urine culture ,but i was assymptomatic before now for the pasf 1week im having white stuff in urine sometimes cloudy !how can i get rid of this recurrent uti ,i tried all natural ways im taking 6L water daily ,washinv my j spot always after urinating not using any soaps whiping from front to back what else i should do pls someone help me ,im worried alot
