Hello doctor I am having spotting since 3 days but the flow has not started yet. And it's happening since few months and I went for a ultrasound previous month and it just showed some mild pcos.. can any medicine start the flow. Please help

Can gallstone size increase from 13mm to 23mm within a span of 15 to 20 days despite taking care of daily food.

I can see faint line in pragency kit.. i don't understand whether it is postive or negative.. line is very very light I have checked after 20 days after my missed period.

Why I am experiencing so much cramps while on Duphaston 10 mg. It's been just 5 days i am consuimg this tablets. My egg got ruptured on 25th april and my gynic suggested me to take duphaston as i am experiencing infertility issue. Period date was 14th april. We tried this cycle to see if can concieve naturally. But this cramping is happening alot along with heavy head. My doctor is suggesting to take dollo 650. Not sure if i need to consume dollo or not. Please suggest on this problem.
