My baby is more than two year old but still still breastfeeding in night and once a day Can I take revital woman h as I am feeling very tired and weak

Hi, Two months prior i had my first dose of HPV vaccine ( gardasil 9) on suggestion of my gynec. My second dose is scheduled on 5th June. I wonder whether if it is okay to delay my dose for 3 or 4 days. Could anyone please advise.

OBSTETRICAL ULTRASOUND GA by LMP: 7 weeks 0 day GA by USG: 6 weeks 2 days EDD (LMP): 13.01.2025 EDD (AUA): 18.01.2025 Findings: Uterus: Uterus is enlarged in size with evidence of well-defined, gestational sac having double decidual reaction. CRL measures about 4.94 mm corresponding to     6 weeks 2 days. Embryo heart beats:  120 BPM No myometrial lesion seen. Trophoblastic reaction seen. Two well-defined hypoechoic lesions of size 2.5 x 2.55 cm and 2.2 x 1.5 cm are seen in anterior myometrium wall and in posterior wall respectively. Subchorionic hemorrhage of size approx 4 x 2 cm is seen surrounding G.sac extending into endometrial cavity. Adenexa: Left ovary is normal in size and echotexture. Right ovary is not visualized. Impression:   Findings suggestive of single intra uterine live embryo corresponding                                                              to Gestation age of  6 weeks 2 days by CRL with Subchorionic hemorrhage .

My baby is now more than two years i want to take revital woman h but it has panax ginseng.. My baby still have breastmilk once or twice a day will it be safe for him

I was not bleeding properly for the last 3-4 periods but this time when I had my periods, I was bleeding for 15 days.So should I take medicine or not? If I take then which medicine please tell me. This is the first time that I am bleeding for so long, it has never happened before.

I underwent c section delivery 3 days back. for once or twice I coughed due to food stuck in throat. Will it be harmful on the internal stitches. Will it reopen incision. I have started medicine of antihistamines and cough syrup. Kindly advise
