Pregnancy and Infertility

I am taking treatment for conceiveing Doctor has suggested a follicular scan on day 2 or day 3 because of some emergency I wasn't able to take it Is it ok if I take it on day 4 or day 5??? Plz pls do answer I am worried I missed my days of scan

I have issues regarding conceiving baby i.e.2nd child I want.first I am trying for 6 months then under doctor treatment i have follicular studies ,under ovulation induction it will respond but after hsg test I have one tube block i.e.left tube.after that doctor suggested IUI,again clomiphene medicine ovulation induction treatment process continue but no respond,no follicular will happen means very slow growth of follicles ,it will happen for 2 months means after hsg test ,my follicles not responding,before hsg test it will respond after clomiphene medications,I want to know that what will be the next step for me to do ,I am very much confused & tensed also ,can it be possible any medication,any test that I will have to do ,my doctor only Suggest to take clomiphene & tvs.

Today is day16 of my cycle and i have a dominant follicle of size 21x12mm in left ovary is this size ok?? And endometrium is 9.6mm. Are there chances to conceive? This is all natural no medications except follic acid taken

My baby is 2.5 month old my milk supply is very low...i have tried everything possible to increase and m still trying my best.plz help me regarding same..is there any medicine to increase milk supply anything possible I can do to increase milk supply...and plz guide me these lactonic Granules increase in milk supply or all these are marketing..

Hello Doctor, I had undergone c-section 2 months back and my baby was there in NICU for 1 month and again he got pneumonia now so he is in hospital now since 14days. I am really stressed and frustrated now as I am unable to produce milk as he needs the most now. He is completely on formula now. Can you please suggest here how to produce milk and increase the production.
