Regarding constipation
I had my c section 2month still iam suffering from constipation. Iam using stool softer , is it good to use for long duration. Does it have any side effects on baby by using stool safer.
Can I drink carrom water for reduce constipation. And suggest remedies for reducing constipation. Even Included fibre in my diet.
