Back pain after c section
I had my twins 4 months ago in c section. I am having pain from upper back to lower back once i sleep . But pain resides once i start moving and working. I am unable to move side to side due to this muscle and spine pain while sleeping.

It could be because of calcium deficiency
Make sure you are taking calcium supplements regularly till you breastfeed
Could also be because of vitamin D and beautiful deficiency you can get the levels checked
Still the pain persusts you need to be examined by an orthopaedic surgeon

Back pain that is worst after lying down and eases once you start moving is common in the months after a twin pregnancy and a caesarean. Your core and back muscles take time to recover, and lifting and feeding two babies adds a lot of strain.
Next Steps
Try a firm mattress, a pillow between your knees when you sleep on your side, and a few gentle stretches before you get out of bed. Use pillows during feeds so you bring the babies up to you instead of bending down. If the pain hasn't eased in three to four weeks, see your doctor or a physiotherapist for an assessment.
