I have noticed a tiny drop of blood along with white twice for my daughter 12 years and after 1 hr a tiny drop of blood.. After 12 hrs nothing seen. Does that mean she had her first period. Kindly help

In July 2021 .my tsh was 9.2
I took thyronorm 50.
In aug 10th ,it was 2.60
Today I tested thyroid,It is 1.95.
Should I continue the dose,or change it.
