Trying to conceive since 1.5 year
Amh is 6.4 , tubes are open , no cavity in utrus . 5mm polyp on left side of utrus. husband report is normal . done 4 cycle of letrozol. last cycle hyper simulation happend due to that cyst 52*46 observed which was drain in period , 6 day cycle shows no cyst . weight is norma 54kg . age 33. doctor suggested to have iui cycle . is it last hope? any option yo conceive naturally

It is not a question of Last hope. The thing is that time is running out. And if IUI too fails the Doctor may advise IVF. For that also you need time.

With normla AMH ,Semen analysis and open tubes you shouldn't be having any problem in conceiving naturally . But how long have u tried to conceive naturally before trying ovulation induction? And how well was ur response ovulation will help us decide what should be further management.
