Need help to conceive with one tube
Two months ago I had a laproscopic cystectomy for my right ovarian cyst. During the procedure it was diagnosed that my left tube is absent but both ovaries are intact. Dr advised for iui after lap. Last month everything went well 4 follicles ruptured from left ovary and one from right. Endometrium thickness was also gud but I got my periods yesterday. Please help me out with a proper procedure to conceive. Lots of pressure from the family n society. I donot understand that even after so many follicles ruptured still why I couldn't conceive. As I donot have left tube will the right tube and ovary only work? Wat are the chances for me to conceive? Any treatment suggested? I have another iui in next 10days. Will it work? Sperm count of my husband is pretty gud. I donot have any cysts also now. Please help me out I'm very depressed

Hi I can imagine how difficult it must be with all you are going through. One tube is adequate for achieving a conception. So that's reassuring. However the possibility of success with iui in someone with two tubes is between 10 - 15 %. Therefore in your case it should be 10%. Ovarian cystectomy does damage egg follicles in the ovary as well which does not help either.  Age is at your side, just get your AMH done to assess ovarian reserve. Do not lose hope. Good luck.
