Pregnancy and Infertility

My gynaecologist put me under follicular study in October 2021 and given me tablet letrezole twice for 5 days and injection Persinal HP 75 injections on 5th,7th,9th,11th day. My last dominant follicle size noted was 16 mm in LO and 2 dominant follicles in RO of 15mm and 11mm on day 13th day scan. RO follicle ruptured in day 15th scan report. Now my question is that i was not able to meet my husband in my fertile days so this cycle would not show any results, in this case i have to repeat ovulation induction injections again in next cycle??please guide as i am confused.

Hi, My periods are irregular. I am taking homeopathy medicines since 30th oct but not getting my periods. Last time also it has been more than 45 days since I had my last to last period. What should I do right now to get my periods.

Hi, my HSG report says left tube fimbrial block & mildly dilated, right tube patent. We have tried 2 cycles of clomiphene & 1 cycle of IUI with injections but it failed. I have PCOD but periods are regular, egg are forming& rupturing, weight normal, hormone profile, husband report everything's fine. Now one of my doc suggested laparoscopy(I dnt have fibroid/cyst) & other doc was more inclined towards directly going for IVF. My age is 34 & we've been trying for 10 months. Now I'm confused should i go for laparoscopy? Can fimbrial block be opened? Pls suggest!

I am observing male pattern hair growth in my chest and abdomen , probably from last few years , and the number of hairs r increasing in this area of chest n abdomen. Is this normal or do I need to go for some tests . I get regular periods and on time of 28-30 days interval. Little to no cramps depends on physical work and also good periods flow of 3-4 days. I also feel I suffer from PMS . I got my thyroid tested and it's normal. Any suggestions ?
