Could my weight gain be due to TSH level described in report? Have gained 3 kgs in past 6 months with moderate exercise

Hi My wife is not having period since last 3  months. Some times she's feeling pain in lower stomach. Please consult.

I used meprate tablet on April month 3 and August month 4tablet now I experienced some pain in my cheast...still 8days more to my period...can uses of meprate can make change in hormone

My mom 47 years old has lost about 6 kg in the last 1 year & 3 months she is peri menopausal in August 2020 she weighed 57 kg & in August 2021 she weighed 52.5kg now she weighs 51.7kg. She is following her routine as usual & all her sugar, thyroid, CBC  levels are normal. She has pain in all her joints and from a few days she has pain in both her breasts. Doctor told its due to harmonal changes but can the weight loss be due to loss of bone mass ? What could be the reason behind weight loss? Anything to worry about her weight loss ?

I am taking ovatrue tablet,folvite tablet and last date of period is 10 th October then when should I stop to take this medicine
