I m 29yrs old and I hv a 26days period cycle and I m also overweight. I want to conceive now so is there any mandatory tests to do before planning?? Plz suggest..

I got my periods on 15th October and I started bleeding again on 28th October. My period is not due until 14th November. The bleeding is almost like periods. I have not taken any pills during and before this time duration. And this is the first time that I am bleeding in between my periods. What can be the cause and what should be the next steps?

According to my TVS results, i have an adnexal tubulo-cystic structure. Does these kind of cysts spontaneously resolve? It was also mentioned there to that my gyne should also consider hematosalpinx, does this resolve on its own? Most of the clinics here in my city are on holidays.
