Periods Skip From 5 - 10 days
2 year before i was diagnosed from thyroid.i was overweight too 65kg.then i reduced my weight upto 48.Still I'm 48.But after diagnosed from thyroid I'm facing issue of periods skip this happens every month since then.my periods skip 5-10 days from actual time.what should i do now? Infact My thyroid is Normal Now.

Do regular exercises, daily for at least 30 to 40 minutes. Take low calorie high fibre diet.

A delay of upto 7 days is considered normal More than that needs to be investigated n treated
